English musician Sting will perform in Singapore on March 22

SINGAPORE — Although many years have passed since those summer days, English musician Sting will be back in Singapore to thrill his local fans once again.

The 71-year-old singer brings his new concert to the Star Theater on March 22. He had already played here in 2017 and 2012.

His latest My Songs gig kicked off as a residency in Las Vegas in November 2021, and traveled to cities including Amsterdam and Milan.

Expect a showcase of Sting’s most beloved songs, such as Roxanne, Message In A Bottle, Every Little Thing She Does Is Magic and Every Breath You Take, with dynamic visual references to some of his most iconic music videos.

During the tour, the former leader of rock band The Police will be accompanied by an electric rock ensemble. Fans will also be treated to performances of songs from her 2021 album The Bridge, such as rock salvo Rushing Water and indie pop If It’s Love.

The My Songs residency will resume in April 2023.
